THERAPEUTIC BODYWORK
Listening Through Touch
This work begins with listening—through the hands, not imposing change.
Your body may hold patterns of tension, protection, or fatigue.
We meet these patterns with attuned, respectful touch, allowing space for the system to respond.
There is no forcing, no fixing.
Instead, we support:
- Release of unnecessary holding
- Restoration of circulation and breath
- A deeper sense of internal space
You remain fully in control throughout the session.
Your body leads, we follow.
As the nervous system recognizes safety,
the body can begin to soften, reorganize, and settle.
Listen through touch.
