Apparatus Integration Course Combining Pilates with ATSI (Anatomy Trains Structural Integration)

Reorganizing the Body as a Whole

ATSI is a progressive series designed to support long-term structural change.

Rather than working on isolated areas, we look at how your entire body is organized in gravity—
how tension, posture, and movement patterns relate as a whole.

Each session builds upon the next, gradually:
- Unwinding strain patterns
- Creating space and length in the fascial system
- Supporting more balanced alignment

This is not about forcing the body into a “correct” shape,

but about helping it find a more efficient and supported relationship with itself.

Change happens over time, through consistency, awareness, and integration.

You are an active participant in this process—

learning to sense, adapt, and embody the changes as they unfold.

Listen through structure.
