Women’s Body & Life Cycles
An educational exploration of movement and self-care throughout changing stages of a woman’s life. The methodology emphasizes body awareness, movement choices, rest, personal care and practical lifestyle strategies without diagnosing or treating hormonal or medical conditions.
Learning Methodology
Each 16-hour course combines guided personal experience, foundational movement science, observation, practical exploration, partner learning where appropriate, instructional methodology, reflective learning, and application to real-world wellness or hospitality settings.
The emphasis is not simply on memorizing techniques. Learners are encouraged to understand why, when and how a practice may be adapted for different individuals, environments and purposes, while recognizing the limits of their own professional scope.
Upon completion, participants should be better able to integrate appropriate Bodhi Methods® concepts into activities such as wellness experiences, movement sessions, retreats, guest programs, self-care education and other services that fall within their existing professional scope.
Program Objectives
The program aims to develop:
● greater personal body and movement awareness;
● practical understanding of movement science and its everyday application;
● confidence in communicating and facilitating non-clinical movement and self-care experiences;
● skills for adapting activities to individual needs and environments;
● understanding of professional boundaries, participant safety and appropriate scope of practice;
● practical methodologies that may complement work in hospitality, wellness, movement, recreation and related service professions.
Training Scope & Professional Use
The Bodhi Methods® Personal Skill Development Program is an educational and personal-development program. Its objective is to enhance practical skills, movement awareness, self-care knowledge and instructional methodology.
It does not provide medical education, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, psychotherapy, physiotherapy or other regulated healthcare training, and completion of the program does not by itself qualify a participant to act as a healthcare provider or other regulated professional.
Participants may incorporate appropriate Bodhi Methods® methodologies and instructional techniques into their own professional practice within the scope permitted by their qualifications and applicable laws.
Where a professional activity requires a specific qualification, registration or license—such as massage therapy, therapeutic manual treatment, physiotherapy, nursing, medical care or another regulated clinical service—the participant remains responsible for obtaining and maintaining the qualifications required by the country or jurisdiction in which they practice.
Bodhi Methods® training does not substitute for such professional licensing or certification.
Bodhi Methods® is an independently developed educational methodology of Wellness Vision Co., Ltd. The program is not presented as membership in, accreditation by, or licensing through any external professional association, unless a particular course expressly states otherwise.
