1. Bodhi Treatment
A 90-minute integrative healing session combining mindful movement, self-myofascial release (SMR), and therapeutic sound practices.
Recommended for individuals in postpartum recovery, rehabilitation phases, or those experiencing the effects of a sedentary lifestyle.
2. Apparatus Integration
A 90-minute holistic movement experience integrating mindful movement science, whole body biomechanical principles, Pilates apparatus training, and therapeutic bodywork.
Recommended for the post-recovery stage to support improved muscle tone, greater movement adaptability, and enhanced mobility of the joints and connective tissues.
3. Structural Integration (SI) Bodywork
A 90-minute manual therapy session designed as an initial assessment and treatment experience, including postural analysis, body reading, and functional movement examination.
Our approach follows the principles of Anatomy Trains Structural Integration (ATSI). Clients may continue with an ATSI 12-Series program or begin with a focused 3-Series approach depending on individual goals.
