Most movement systems teach exercises.
Bodhi Methods® teaches integration and transformation.
The methodology integrates:
• Pilates apparatus training
• Structural integration principles
• Myofascial bodywork approaches
• Movement sequencing strategies
• Nervous system awareness
• Embodied movement education
Bodhi Methods® is designed for individuals seeking deeper transformation through intelligent movement and therapeutic integration, as well as educators and practitioners ready to expand beyond traditional training models.
At its core, Bodhi Methods® views the body as an interconnected system rather than isolated parts.
This work is not simply about movement.
It is about restoring communication within the body.

About Me
work at the intersection of movement, awareness, and inner experience.
My background began in Pilates and movement education, but over time my work evolved beyond technique — into a quieter, more intuitive practice of listening to the body.
Through years of teaching, observing, and personal transformation, I became deeply interested in how the body holds memory, emotion, tension, and unspoken experience.
Bodhi Methods was born from this exploration.
Rather than focusing on performance or perfection, my work invites people to slow down, reconnect with sensation, and rediscover the intelligence already living within the body.
My approach blends somatic movement, breath, nervous system awareness, stillness, and embodied practice to create experiences that are grounding, restorative, and deeply personal.
Currently based between Thailand, Europe, and seasonal retreats abroad, I offer intimate workshops, immersive experiences, and private sessions for those seeking a more meaningful relationship with themselves through movement.
Touch —
a language for the unknown self,
speaking where words can no longer reach.
A message carried to the mysterious inner voice,
quietly reminding us what it means to feel, soften, and trust.
An echo and rhythm of the heart —
subtle, instinctive, deeply human.
Perhaps touch is one of the greatest gifts we can offer:
presence, connection, and the power to heal beyond explanation.
The most powerful healing force
is often the gentlest one.
